Keep your HVAC and chiller units in full running order with our onsite maintenance service, including load testing to make sure your system is fit-for-purpose as well as taking care of any remedial works required to keep your system fully functioning.
We also recommend regular schedule preventative maintenance visits to stay on top of any parts that need to be repaired or replaced. In between services, we can also monitor gas losses as another way of assessing the overall performance and condition of your system.
Our plans provide different levels of cover and response times so you can choose the frequency that best suits your needs (subject to location).
Agreed cost limits for replacement parts
As part of your maintenance contract, we'll agree upfront cost limits for consumables and parts in the event of a breakdown.
Any additional costs can be discussed with you at the time, but this approach enables us to order any required parts within the agreed limits and simply act fast to get your equipment back into operation.
Pre-inspection checks
Prior to inspection, our engineers will make a thorough pre-check report of all critical and non-critical systems protected by your HVAC system.
This will include the evaluation of any risk associated with maintenance, which will be discussed with you prior to the full inspection taking place, so you can make an informed decision.
