Onsite maintenance with callout

Our onsite maintenance service assesses your assets, with supporting photos, to include any remedial work needed to your generator.

Choose from differing levels of cover and response times to best suit your business needs (subject to location).

We provide regular preventative maintenance visits, which can be arranged on a quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis.

We also guarantee you a temporary loan unit within an agreed timescale, should your machine be irreparable and need to be replaced.

As part of your service inspections, we'll check items including:

  • Annual service on coolant / antifreeze / oil
  • Fuel samples taken and tested
  • ACB checks, grease, coils, trip unit

Remote monitoring

We can also carry out remote monitoring of:

  • battery health
  • pre-heat temperatures
  • pressures
  • controller responding
  • last start

Load bank testing

Talk to us about load bank testing on your generator, including:

  • full reporting of power logs during various load conditions, if required
  • full report of all vital stats during test
  • checklist of correctly leaving the machine on standby after testing

Agreed cost limits for replacement parts

As part of your maintenance contract, we'll agree upfront cost limits for consumables and parts in the event of a breakdown.

Any additional costs can be discussed with you at the time, but this approach enables us to order any required parts within the agreed limits and simply act fast to get your equipment back into operation.

Monitoring of critical components

As part of maintenance and remedial works, it may be necessary to temporarily switch power source.

We monitor all critical components of your system during a mains changeover, while on generator and upon returning to the mains.

We'll thoroughly check all critical and non-critical systems, providing a pre-check report and an evaluation of risk, so that you're both informed and prepared.
